    A set of coins

In Roman times, surely shortly after the change of era, the entrance to the Cueva de la Font Major was blocked up as a result of debris and also due to the slow but constant contribution of sediments moved by the intermittent course of water that should still circulate punctually for this gallery; and that ended up hiding the access to the cavity. During this period the vestibule of the cave was nothing more than a low gallery that should not have reached the subway. Consequently, the trace that the Roman world left in the Cave is not very significant. Ceramic pieces belonging to the end of the century appeared a few meters from the entrance. III BC and the beginning of the s. II a. C., as well as a set of Roman coins that place us in the s. And d.
